Bathroom Refurbishment in South Woodford, East London E18
The Expert Crew were called back to South Woodford to do some more work in the same house. This client was extremely happy with the kitchen refurbishment and single story rear extension we did for them previously. We were ask to completely remove the old family bathroom and install a new one with new tiles and some extras too. The clients previous bathroom had all the pipes above the floor level, so as requested we moved them all below the floor which gave them more space and made the bathroom look a lot neater. They also requested to have the toilet boxed in and wanted some cupboards built in the space above the cistern. This actually looks great and has made use of all the space available to them. We also moved the bathroom the other way round so to make space for the wall mounted shower head. This client also wanted extra down-lights to be installed plus a shaver point to be placed in the cupboard. As well as this they requested that the pull chord be completely removed and replaced with a light switch on the outside of the bathroom.
When removing the old bathroom we discovered that the previous plaster boards installed were the wrong kind and because of this they were damp and moldy so we removed all of these and replaced with the correct type for bathrooms.
